Visual Representation: We strive for absolute precision in our product imagery. However, due to variations in digital displays, we cannot guarantee that the Deep Cobalt or Tan hues on your screen will perfectly match the physical garment.

3. The Transaction Protocol
We reserve the right to refuse any order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information to ensure a successful transmission of goods.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once your gear leaves our grid and is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics "glitches" or customs protocols.

The Matrix Outliers name, logo, and all digital assets are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction of our designs or brand identity is a breach of the system and will be met with legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Matrix Outliers provides streetwear "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the wearing of our apparel.
7. Termination
